What information we collect

When you purchase something from our store we collect some personal information from you such as your name, physical address and email address. This information is required so we can fulfill your order and provide you with customer service such as sending you an order confirmation and details on how you can track your order.

Unless you have agreed to be placed on our mailing list we will not use any of the information you provided us with to contact you for any other reason than to keep you informed of the status of your current order.

When you visit our store we use cookies that automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn more about the browsing history of our visitors, such as what pages they visit and for how long they stayed on our site. We use this information to adjust and improve our site to give visitors a better experience. We do not get access to any personal identity information from anyone browsing through our store.

When you place an order and provide us with personal information to complete the transaction it implies that you consent to us using it for that specific reason only.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

In general, third-party providers used by us such as Paypal will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. 

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
