Refund & Return Policy

We are proud to offer all customers a 60 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product(s) purchased from us.

The way we see it is that by ordering from us you put your faith in us that we will supply you with high quality products that will benefit you. If you feel we have not lived up to your expectations we will gladly refund your purchase.

The only thing we ask is that you have used the product you ordered as suggested by us and have given it time to work.

For example, it would be unlikely for you to experience the positive benefits of our multivitamin supplement after taking it for just one or two days. But, if you have taken the suggested two capsules every day for at least one month and can honestly say that it has done nothing for you then we will have no problem to refund your purchase.

Although we firmly believe that the overwhelming majority of our customers are good and honest people we have to protect ourselves and our customers from potentially fraudulent claims that may have a negative impact on our business and every claim will be considered on its own merits.

We may on a case by case basis request products to be returned to us in its original packaging at the expense of the customer before a refund can be issued.

Claims that cannot be accepted:

The whole purpose of our Refund & Return Policy is customer satisfaction based on the quality and usage of our products.

Where customers make a mistake such as entering an incorrect shipping address or where products are seized by customs because the customer did not comply with local import regulations (see our Shipping Policy) we can unfortunately not issue a refund.

Refund requests where we know the customer has not even received received the product or used it for a sufficient amount of time, such as for at least one month, will be declined. Where we suspect a customer is not acting in good faith he or she will be blacklisted from ordering from us again.    

Procedure: 

Before we can entertain any return or refund request we will require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the reason for the request that can be sent to us via email to info@lunva.com.

As previously mentioned, we may on a case by case basis require products to be sent back to us at your cost and for your account before we can refund your purchase. This is especially relevant for customers that want a refund for multiple bottles that they have not used.

Depending on the reason for your claim, if it's approved you will either receive a refund or a replacement if the original product was defective. In the case of a refund, a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours after your claim has been approved. Note that it may take a couple of days to reflect on your credit card or Paypal statement.
